-Architect/Builder meeting with the client allows the builder and Architect to understand the clients vision, needs and dreams by staying within budget. The client at this point feels confortable to move forward to the next meeting
-Budget Meeting. final meeting before entering into a contract where the Builder introduces a formal budget with all line items based upon the Architect/Clients design.

Juliet Haugland in Interior Designer top of class honors graduated with the Lori Ward Design Group "Do it yourself" in Manahattan NY. In 2004 she started Decora,LLC. Juliet has designed dozens of projects including both residential and commerical.
Juliet ownerof DHC has known the industry for over twenty years. Her first professional work with her husband was to design the Spec Homes that they did together. Their professional synergy was hard to miss and Juliet was asked to become a permanent position in DHC as the exclusive interior designer. Juliet is responsible for ushering the clients through the interior selection and design process making it a fun, interesting and relaxed experience with the most outstanding and personalized results.
